FACE MASK POLICY

Both the therapist and client must wear a face mask during the session. The client must also wear a face mask from the time they enter to the time they leave the facility.  Please bring a face mask with you.   You have been informed prior to your appointment that masks are required.  Should you show up and still refuse to wear a mask, for any reason, massage will not be given and you are considered a “No Show.”  You will be charged, in-full, for your appointment.  

 

VACCINATION POLICY

Vaccinated and unvaccinated are welcome at my business.  All I ask is that you wait seven (7) days after ANY vaccination or booster shot before receiving massage.  If you have any adverse effects from inoculation, it usually occurs within seven days of receiving the shot.  Massage can possibly exacerbate any adverse effects.  

 

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

First time clients are required to pay in full for the first session at time of booking, whether it's online, by phone, or any other means of communication.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation.  You are responsible for any service fees for your massage appointment if less than 24 hours notice is given.  

 

NO-SHOWS

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show and will be charged for their missed appointment.  If you already paid online, your fee is forfeited.  If you were using a gift certificate for your appointment, the gift certificate will be considered redeemed.  You will not be able to reschedule until the service fee for your missed appointment is paid in full. 

 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session fee.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

ONLINE SCHEDULING

All appointments made online must be paid in full while scheduling.  If you wish to pay for your appointment in the office, you may do so.  Please call or text me to schedule your appointment instead of booking online.  As always, in the office, I accept cash, credit, and debit cards.  *****If you are scheduling an appointment for someone else, you must book the appointment in their name, phone number, and email address.*****

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND MASSAGE PACKAGES

Gift Certificates and Massage Packages are non-transferable.  If lost or stolen, the gift certificate will not be replaced.  Must have certificate at scheduled appointment to redeem or you will be charged for your appointment. Gift certificates and massage packages are non-refundable.  Massage packages expire one (1) year after purchase and Gift Certificates expire three (3) years after purchase.  If the massage package or gift certificate is not used before expiration it will be concidered abandoned.

 

RETURNED CHECKS

Checks returned by the bank will ecru a $25 per check fee. This must be paid, plus the amount of the original check, immediately.    

 

TERMINATION POLICY

Both the client and the therapist have the right to terminate the client/therapist relationship at anytime without explanation.  The therapist has the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.
